  I wish 0 stars was an option... We lived here for 2 years and in the time we were here, the "luxury amenities" were never available. Vanessa refused to do a move out walk through of the apartment since the day of our move out, there was a building related water leak that was making its way out through our already vacant unit. There was maintenance equipment everywhere and the carpet was completely saturated. She gave me a slip stating this was my move out form and sent us on our way. I called multiple times to follow-up on move out since I had not received a final utility bill, never did I get a call back. Instead, I receive a phone call from a collections agency yesterday, that my account has been forwarded to them for non payment! And of course, all leak related charges are being billed to us: tub cleanings and carpet replacement. I again called the property manager and of course never received a call back. There were so many red flags since move in but I wanted to like it here so much, I turned a blind eye. The neighbors were great and the location was ideal for us but management and the actual units leave a lot to be desired. Learn from our mistake and run, run fast to anywhere else but here...you can probably get way better for a lot less.
